I have an issue mentioned in this previous discussion topic…

Unfortunately the fixes there aren’t helping.
Using Rane SL1
New Toshiba Tecra R840
Windows 7 64x
Intel i7 2.7G
6G RAM
400G free HD space
I’m trying to install SLive 2.5 to this new machine but getting the same DLL error when trying to start the program as the lad above did.
Went back and forth a few times repairing and uninstalling and re-installing but always the same.
Looked it up and saw the thread above so uninstalled SLive and installed the 64x C++ Windows service pack suggested above.
A search of the HD for ‘msvcr100’ says the DLL is in:
C:WindowsSystem32
and
C:Program Files (x86)Mozilla Firefox.
Successfully reinstalled SLive 2.5 but after the 10th or so restart of the evening, the same missing DLL error.
In the short-term I have installed 2.4.3 which seems to work.
2.4.3 has installed itself to the (x86) version of the Program Files. I didn't note where 2.5 installed itself.
I would like to get 2.5 sorted. Particularly as I use the ‘Classic Horizontal’ waveform view and in 2.5 it now fills the screen width usefully, but back in 2.4.3 it’s cramped with lots of useless grey space.

Download the file will be placed msvcr100.dll.zip file C:WINDOWSsystem32 directory, if the operating system is no longer C drive, then place the drive. Then start the implementation of the (CMD), enter regsvr32.exe msvcr100.dll.
